The Bailey School kids join Eddie’s grandmother at the motorcycle races where they get to know Jessie, a mysterious motorcycle rider. But as the kids learn about Jessie — she loves the sea, knows all about sea monsters, is dripping wet whenever she appears, and is the cousin of Nessie, a woman the kids were certain was the Loch Ness Monster — they get suspicious. If Jessie wins the grand prize, she’s going to build a seaside resort where Eddie’s grandmother will move — and she’ll take Eddie with her! Can the kids stop Jessie from winning and keep Eddie in Bailey City where he belongs?
